E-for-all impressions

Courtesy of Go-Nintendo, which really has done a great job of reporting from the event. Unfortunately, despite our “global” status, we’re not quite as well staffed or connected as Go-nintendo, so we’ll have to defer to them regarding this matter. However, what we CAN do is give a quick rundown of the games they reviewed and put OUR spin on the games they tried out based on the impressions they gave. If that made any sense to you then you belong to MENSA.

Resident Evil : Umbrella Chronicles Wii– Shooting bugs is no fun.

Contra IV DS– Just as hard as the original

Mario Party DS – Just like the console version, only smaller

MX vs ATV Wii – Don’t try it if you suck

De Blob Wii – katamarish

Simpsons Game DS – Best Simpsons game evar.

Medal of Honor: Heroes 2 Wii – Metroid prime WWII style

Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword (DS, duh) – Goddamn near perfect

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates DS – Pretty. Pretty confusing too.

WWE Smackdown! vs RAW DS – Lets you tap that ass.

Batallion Wars Wii – Like the first one, but with motion control!

Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 – Like being annoying in a theater, but at home!

WWE Smackdown! vs RAW 2008 Wii – Matte is good. Taunting is fun.

Super Mario Brothers Galaxy and Super Smash Brothers Brawl – Everything a nintendo fan expects it to be.

Guitar Hero Wii – best version ever. Supposedly.

And there you have it. I have to put a disclaimer here that we at Intendo do not necessarily agree with the opinions of the people at Go-nintendo, but if they were crazy enough to do hands on impressions of all these games then we respect them enough to link to their e-for-all coverage.

Did Kaplan tell you that before or after she put the restraining order on your blogmate?
