Dementium: The Ward is shaping up nicely

July 16, 2007

It’s funny how most of the Nintendo’s “deep” games are coming for DS instead of Wii. Take Dementium:The Ward for instance. It looks like one part Silent Hill and one part Resident Evil mixed in with a creepy plot and enough puzzles to make your playing of Brain Age worth the effort. Oh, and it uses Metroid Prime’s control scheme, which supposedly works much better at a slower pace. I’m still working my way through Lunar Knights, but this looks like something I can dive into as soon as I’m done.

When you’re done? Is this out already?

Just off the screenshot and what you’ve said, i’m interested. I’ve warmed up to the DS again after getting wifi. Seriously, someone needs to come get them some on Tetris wifi. YOU KNOW WHERE I’M AT.

I absolutely agree that developers are pouring “hardcore” love into the DS far more than into Wii…

Despite its technical limitations, DS games right now are far more immersive than Wii games, at least in the long run!

Oh, and yes, I know where to find your Tetris code, Rollin:

    Mine is under “Mugwump”…
