New DSs for Euros

Question: if Nintendo were to unveil a new DS at E3, would releasing these new red, lime, and baby blue DS Lites be criminal? From a purely Apple-releasing-upgraded-iMacs-without-telling-me-just-one-month-after-i-bought-mine standpoint, i mean. This either confirms that the rumor of a new DS is false, or Nintendo is misleading you. Take your pick.

The 3 new colours go on sale June 13, two days before E3. Think about that.
