Advance Wars 2 – new again with screens again

I wouldn’t normally write a post to show you screens, but if i were to update the old post, you’d never see it. Trust me, i know these things.

Here we can see what Intelligent Systems has done with the game, and i am sufficiently digging it. The tone appears dark enough to make the characters seem believable as field generals knees deep in a world war. No more 11 y/o girls who got their positions by nepotism, thank gosh. The old style was cool and all, but it didn’t fit so i must acquit.

Gameplay visuals look almost exactly the same as before, however they get all next-gen on you by inundating the screen with units and characters.
